Sakura-rush!

I know I haven't finished loading my Taiwan photos, there are so many I'm procrastinating like mad haha. But anywho, I bought a new camera (Samsung EX2F) which is small and light with a vertical flip screen for selca madness!! So I brought it with me to Shanghai today and omg!

In Taiwan, we were duper bad with our cherry blossom timings. At Danshui, we saw only 2% of it open, most of the trees were botak. Then in Taichung, everything had bloomed and gone, leaving only green trees -_- So imagine my surprise when I was just randomly taking a walk into People's Park (I almost walked past it btw), and there were SAKURA TREES EVERYWHERE! IN FULL BLOOM! Love die me! Everything would have been perfect if Nettie had been with me, but oh well. I'm sure we will have the chance to see full bloom together right bumbum!

Just across the park is Raffles City Shanghai, which was crazy crowded. Tried Pho Asia's signature beef pho. The soup was pretty tasty, and the decor was really nice. Paired it with a refreshing glass of watermelon juice! Did a quick manicure and am now back in my room writing this. Am damn pooped I woke up at 445am to catch my flight. So am going to bed now, good night!
