Weekend

Recently the weeks just roll by like a bullet train. Whenever Friday approaches, I am still in half-believe mode, like wha...it's Friday? Since when? Wasn't it Friday yesterday? Gosh. So it's always fun to hang out with ma Nettie and ma pals for a casual drink and meals.

On Friday, after ramen, went to Club Street for some drinks. It's so cool now that they close off the road on weekends for al fresco dining, the atmosphere is a little European and a little Lan Kwai Fong. Previously you really had to watch out for cars while dining there.

On Saturday we found a hidden gem for fresh sashimi. I'm so reluctant to share this place because it's literally sold out 2 hours after they open, and I don't want a queue to form there. Haha. Anyway it's a really small family-run place in the middle of Bugis, let's just leave it at that :P Good for you if you figure out where this is!

And then we just really slept our weekend away. I didn't know I was so tired until I just conked out from 4-8pm, woke up for dinner, and then slept right back from 10pm to Sunday. Zzzzzz. Well I really need the sleep, it's non-stop from here on out. Will be back in Amsterdam this weekend and I think we are moving house real soon, so omg *deep breaths*
